How do I know which facial treatment is right for my skin?
Nashika begins with a detailed skin assessment. She will ask about your skin history, lifestyle, concerns (acne, pigmentation, aging, sensitivity, etc.), then suggest a treatment plan—either corrective or pampering—using the appropriate professional skincare line.
What should I expect during a body ritual or spa treatment?
Our body treatments combine therapeutic techniques and aroma‑sensory experiences. You’ll be guided by expert therapists, using premium textures and gentle pressure, often inspired by Japanese spa rituals to relax muscles, improve circulation and nourish the skin.
What is your cancellation & booking policy?
We require clients to book in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. (You may want to add your specific policy times.)
What is your return policy for retail skincare and beauty products?
For hygiene and safety, we accept returns for unopened, unused products still in original packaging (cellophane, seals, and lids intact), within 7 days of delivery. Sale or discounted items, or items where seals have been broken, are non‑returnable.
How do I prepare for my first treatment?
To get the best results: arrive with clean, makeup‑free skin; avoid harsh exfoliants or new active ingredients for at least 48 hours if possible; and share any skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent procedures with Nash so the treatment can be safely tailored.
