Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer reliable door-to-door shipping throughout South Africa via The Courier Guy at a flat rate of R120 for all orders, regardless of order value or weight.

Coverage Area

We ship anywhere within South Africa
Door-to-door delivery service available to all major cities, towns, and rural areas
Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Delivery Timeframe

Major cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria): 1-5 business days
Secondary cities and towns: 2-5 business days
Rural and remote areas: 3-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
Track your package directly on The Courier Guy website or through their mobile app
You can also contact us for tracking assistance if needed

Delivery Requirements

Someone must be available to receive the package during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM)
If you're not available, The Courier Guy will leave a collection notice with details of their nearest depot
Packages not collected within 7 days may be returned to sender

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are tracked through The Courier Guy
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
