At Beauty Treats Spa, we take great care in ensuring the quality, safety, and integrity of all our retail products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition
All original packaging, including cellophane wrap, tamper-proof seals, and labels must be intact and undamaged
Returns must be requested and returned within 7 days of delivery
Please note: No returns will be accepted if seals are broken, packaging is damaged, or product has been used. All price stickers and product labels must remain intact.
